Second Chance Collective (SCC)
Second Chance Collective (SCC) is a community-driven initiative committed to empowering Justice-informed individuals through holistic reintegration services. Rooted in dignity, equity, and opportunity, SCC provides coordinated employment support, personal development programs, and access to external resources that promote long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and success.
Mission Statement:
To restore purpose, build pathways to employment, and reduce recidivism by equipping justice-impacted individuals with the tools, training, and support needed to thrive in society.
Rooted & Resilient – A Foster Care Advocacy and Stability Program
Purpose:
To support children and youth in the foster care system by providing trauma-informed educational advocacy, emotional support, and stable academic planning.

To equip caregivers, especially those in underserved and underrepresented communities, or raising children with special needs, with tools and community-based support to successfully homeschool or provide quality childcare education at home.
